A leading pharmaceutical company currently is seeking a Lab Systems Manager. You will support, administer and maintain Waters work stations, Waters Data Acquisition systems (Empower and MassLynx), Labwatch monitoring system and LabWare LIMS system. Requires 3+ years of experience in cGMP, CGCP, cGLP or cG environment and strong proficiency with the aforementioned stations and systems. This position is located in the Washington D.C. metro area and relocation assistance is available. Responsibilities Support, administer and maintain Waters work stations, Waters Data Acquisition systems (Empower and MassLynx), Labwatch monitoring system and LabWare LIMS system. Train laboratory personnel on the laboratory softwares. Write standard operating procedures and technical reports. Develop risk assessments and system specifications, and execute qualification protocols for computerized systems. Maintain up to date knowledge of software qualification requirements, practices and procedures, and inform other members of the staff of those requirements. Collaborate closely with the IT department. Requirements BA/BS degree in a science related discipline, or technical school training (degree is strongly preferred although relevant experience will also be considered) 3+ year practical related experience in a cGMP, cGCP, cGLP, cG environment Familiarity with computer, laboratory instrument or manufacturing equipment qualification. Excellent computer skills and knowledge of computer systems and software applications prefferably experience with Waters Data Acquisition systems, Labwatch monitoring system and/or LabWare LIMS systems Must be able to clearly articulate project needs and status to upper management Must be knowledgeable of Pharmaceutical documentation practices, FDA cGMP/GLP and related regulations and guidelines including 21 CFR Part 11 Ability to work effectively with internal customers and external service providers and vendors Must be able to train others Benefits Variety of health options to choose from 401 K with percentage matching Up to 10% performance bonus based on individual and company accomplishments Rapidly growing organization This is a
