Program Manager - Randstad Engineering (Washington)

Global Market Manager is needed to oversee the packaging function and work with engineering to bring new products and service offerings to market. Must have a manufacturing background (familiarity with manufacturing automation is a plus). Experience with food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods industries are desired. Direct hire position in the Seattle, WA area with relocation assistance available. Responsibilities Oversee the packaging function world wide including a small engineering group, product management and business development Manage a small team of direct reports in the US and internationally Lead and have sole responsiblity for the commercial packaging effort across several verticals including food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods and others Work with field sales management to develop strategic practices and key accounts Work with product development and product engineering to bring new products / solutions / service offerings to market Requirements Product market management experience including packaging and working with marketing, sales, and product development for successful products Experience working with field sales management to develop strategic practices and key accounts Experience developing new product / solution / service offerings and working with engineering to bring these to market.
