Property Manager : AJ Dwoskin & Associates is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team! Our multi-family communities boast plenty of amenities, and close proximity to shopping and schools. This position requires a dynamic individual with proven results in managing teams and facilitating the daily operations associated with running a multi-family community. Primary Duties include but are not limited to: . Oversee and address issues pertaining to staffing performance and staffing levels at the property. . Prepare monthly schedules, set staff meetings, forecast community needs. Attend meetings as required. . Inspect property daily for curb appeal and coordinate with maintenance on items to be addressed. . Manage resident relations/retention and coordinate community events. . Monitor property performance regularly and take proactive steps for the best possible outcome. . Prepare and/or approve all daily, weekly and monthly reports and assist with preparing the annual. . Guide and mentor the leasing team towards achieving property goals; leasing, retention/renewals, resident satisfaction. . Manage and communicate potential liability situations and injuries/incidents. . Manage property key control according to Dwoskin policy. . Provide backup to the Assistant Manager and Maintenance Supervisor administrative duties if needed. . Oversee functions pertaining to the Assistant Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. Provide guidance and support as needed. This may include; resident notices, move-in/out process, addressing lease violations, scheduling preventative maintenance, and monitoring resident satisfaction and feedback on service calls. . Monitor industry trends and know the local competition. . Recommended capital improvements and other necessary repairs. Qualifications: Qualified candidates will have a minimum of an Associate's degree and of 2-5 years managing a multi-family property. Candidates must understand the importance of curb appeal, occupancy and turnover, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must prioritize effectively, demonstrate attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multi-task and remain organized. Incumbents should be proficient in MS Office software to include Outlook, Word and Excel, and have experience in corporate outreach and resident retention. Working knowledge of ADP and Yardi software is a definite plus.
