The primary responsibility of a Sales Director is to maximize occupancy and rental rates by ensuring the sales team is providing exceptional customer service and demonstrating outstanding sales presentations. The Sales Director reviews the application process, ensures the apartment is ready for the new resident and supervises the sales staff.
This position requires 5+ years experience with multi:family housing, apartment leasing, marketing experience, apartment maintenance, employee supervision, landlord:resident relations; Demonstrated skills in the areas of telephone etiquette, personal contact with the public, resident relations and marketing; Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate with people and maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and demeanor; Detail oriented with excellent analytical skills and follow:through skills; Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to multi:task and meet deadlines while working in a fast:paced environment; Proficiency in computer programs, MS Word, Excel, and property management software.
