Job Description
Our company is an international real estate, construction, property management and energy consulting company operating since 2010 with HQ in Lima, Peru.
We are seeking a dynamic, goal oriented, bilingual (English/ Spanish) professional with strong excel and social media skills ready to multitask and work under pressure. This individual will work directly with the companys general manager assisting from administrative tasks such as managing the managers agenda to conducting online market research, searching and proposing advertising, promotion and positioning tools for the new services to launch in the market.
Job duties:
Plan and schedule appointments and events. Manage managers agenda.
Reply emails, inquiries, follow:up on activities on Airbnb, Vrbo. Promote companys properties on social media and other online tools
Conduct online market research and competition analysis for the companys properties in Peru.
Develop and implement organized filing system
Perform other office tasks

2 years+ experience as administrative assistant or other tasks described in the job duties
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Strong writing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Fluent in Spanish
College education preferably business, marketing or international relations.
