The ACC research team is currently searching for a multifaceted research assistant and coordinator to play a key role in ACC’s survey and research projects. This is an entry to mid-level position for an applied researcher who is looking to apply project management and research skills on the job. This position requires attention to detail, and very strong writing and editing skills. Fifty percent of the time allocated for this position will be focused on coordinating survey research and performing project administration tasks. The remainder of time will be spent on questionnaire development and review, writing, editing and analysis.Required skills include: Editing and writing, project management, research methodology and basic analysis, SPSS, written and oral communication for report production and in relation to coordinating vendor and member activities. Attention to detail is a must.
Desired skills include: database management and/or programming, familiarity with predictive analytics and advanced statistical analysis.

• Coordinate detailed research initiatives and surveys in a fast paced research environment.
• Must have highly professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to assist with report production including writing, proofing, editing, layout, and table and graph generation.
• Ability to manipulate and analyze data in SPSS
• Ability to communicate data analysis effectively, both orally and in writing
• Assist with the development of new research and benchmarking projects.
• Assist in the collection and cleaning of survey data.
• Demonstrated ability to develop executive level reports, presentations and briefings.
• Ability to work under pressure, with minimum supervision and tight deadlines.
• Must have a strong work ethic and be very organized, proactive and detail oriented.
• Must have Microsoft Office skills and experience with other statistic and database applications desired.


Fluency in English and a second language required, with a preference for French, German, Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
