Description
Working with HR Administration, the Compensation Analyst will assist with compensation programs including analysis and recommendation related to compensation in support of the organizational goals, survey participation, and maintaining and updating job descriptions. Individual will also assist with analysis and modeling of compensation programs including merit programs, and act as a liaison to recruitment.

Job Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 3 – 5 years’ experience is required.
✔ Strong communication skills with all levels of employees in order to create and maintain effective partnerships internal and external to the organization.
✔ Advanced Excel skills, including strong data management, use of V-lookups, and pivot tables is required.
✔ Strong PowerPoint skills in order to create presentations for management to facilitate decision making.
✔ Ability to prioritize and maintain flexibility while handling competing priorities.
✔ High attention to detail and accuracy.
✔ Current (or in process of obtaining) Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification is preferred.
