Northrop Grumman Technology Sector is seeking a Senior Customer Coordinator to join our team of qualified, diverse IT professionals. This position will be located in Bethesda, MD.
Put your expertise and years of experience in business analysis, customer outreach, requirements gathering, documentation, and presentations to work building a future of excellence by joining a Northrop Grumman team delivering cutting edge technology solutions and services to our clients. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Health Solutions Management division which focuses on healthcare IT solutions for our Federal, state, and local government clients.
Expected Roles and Responsibilities
The candidate selected for this position shall serve as a liaison between the Government staff, including Task Leaders, to support customers at a high level in the analysis of security needs, policies, and procedures, the documentation of those needs, and the communication of those needs to the technical staff and management for review, prioritization, and scheduling.
