The Northrop Grumman Enterprise Services & Chief Strategy Office (ES&CSO) is seeking a Manager of Global Services to join our team of qualified, diverse leaders in our Information Technology Solutions (ITS) Division. The location for this position is Falls Church, Virginia. In support of one of the ITS Division’s primary goals, ITS is hiring a global services manager to continue building a global ConOps to effectively deliver global IT services. The primary purpose of this role is to act a single ITS division-level point of contact for international IT service delivery. This role will enable visibility, consistency, and program management to the maturity of ITS services from a global perspective. The manager will be the ITS homeroom manager for the regional ITS managers in EMEA and APAC. In addition, will have responsibility for the administration of the regional technology control plans (TCP) to include regular updates and training. Core statement of work: • Primary focal for all ITS service delivery outside of the US • Primary ITS services focal for International PMO • APAC and EMEA ITS manager homeroom • Align services to NG’s global strategy per the International Business Operating Model • Facilitate the maturity of services to be a true global provider • Technology Control Plan administration • Global integration The position requires a broad technical background along with strong interpersonal skills, problem solving abilities, and innovative thought leadership. The person needs to be a self-starter that has strong written and verbal communication skills and has excellent organizational skills. The person needs to have an executive presence, the ability to interact with multiple senior executives and be very politically savvy.
