**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
1. EDUCATION: Bachelor s Degree in Compliance with the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act & Amendments (CLIA).
2. EXPERIENCE: Experience preferred, but not required.
3. LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: National Board certified or eligible for national certification as an MT or CLS (MT/ASCP or CLS/ASCP) or Categorical Certification in the related clinical laboratory discipline.
