Are you interested in learning the basics of becoming a skilled Human service case manager? This training will provide students with the necessary training and skills to become a successful manager.

Participants should enroll in Case Management Training 101 before enrolling in 102. Case Management 102 focuses on the job duties and skills of a Case Manager. In this Training students will learn about Intake, Assessing, Planning, Implementing, Monitoring and Evaluating .These actions are required to meet the client's health and human services needs.
