Requirements

Experience working with court/agency document retrieval

Excellent Customer Service skills

Strong Computer and Research skills

Must have a Bachelor's degree

At least 1 year of work experience required

Job responsibilities

Visiting local DC area courthouses and government agencies to research and retrieve documents

Coordinating nationwide court retrieval projects through the use of our agent network; submitting and following up on FOIA requests

Work well individually, and as a part of a team; direct correspondence with our clients

Reviewing legal documentation –attention to detail is a must
