Job Description The Administrative Assistant supports the day-to-day functions of the office. Works closely with senior management and shared services functions to complete operational projects and daily tasks. Also serves as the receptionist, greeting visitors, answering phones, and shipping/receiving of packages/mail. The ability to project friendliness and professionalism, while being proactive and taking initiative over ongoing tasks, is required. Responsibilities: Manage accounts Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements Actively maintain calendar and manage appointments Perform a variety of clerical duties including ordering supplies, sorting mail and answering phones Ability to effectively manage and organize time and projects, based on priority and demand with continuous follow-up Minimum Qualifications: 1 year of experience working in an office or related field preferred Bilingual/Spanish a plus but not required Must be able to communicate effectively Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information Must be able to multi-task under time constraints Strong typing skills Knowledge in Microsoft Office-particularly Excel, Outlook and Word Excellent customer service skills
