Provides confidential administrative support for all Departmental functions. Provides exceptional customer service to internal and external Hospital customers.Makes arrangements for meetings. Assures a proper meeting room and takes minutes of meetings. Transcribes and distributes minutes. Conducts self in an appropriate manner as a representative of Not For Profit Hospital Corporation, working effectively in a diverse work environment. 3. Serves as initial contact with NFPHC staff. Greets visitors, potential bidders and vendors and assists as necessary. Answers phones and provides the requested information or data and solicitation documents. Refers other matters to appropriate staff members. Perform a variety and tasks that range from routine to complex of administrative, clerical and office duties in support of the Director, Supply Chain Management and Contracting Officer. Screen telephone calls; respond to complaints and requests for information on regulations, procedures, systems, and precedents relating to assigned responsibilities. Education and Experience Requirements: Approximately one years of job related experience preferably in a healthcare setting. High School Diploma or GED equivalency; AA or commensurate work experience preferred. Financial and analytical skills. Initiative and ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Effective interpersonal, communication skills. Proven verbal and written communication skills to deal effectively in a multi-dimensional environment. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required; knowledge of Access and Power Point Preferred. Demonstrated ability to make sound judgment. Ability to work in a deadline driven environment and manage multiple priorities.
