Qualifications:

Provides support to the Sales and Group Solutions team, Marriott properties, Group Sales offices and the Global Sales Organization to monitor system data (e.g. CI/TY) and facilitates its integrity. Maintains data quality standards for the global applications with 26,000+ users, increasing to 50,000+ users by year end 2018. Responsible for system ID provisioning. Perform system data remediation for designated Marriott sales, event management and revenue management systems.

CANDIDATE PROFILE - Education and Experience

Required:

2+ years' work experience (clerical, financial support, systems support)

Knowledge of Marriott sales systems (CI/TY, SFAWeb, or ISAC)

High school graduate

Preferred

Property Sales/Event Management/Revenue Management experience

Strong computer skills/aptitude

Analytical and audit skills

Detail-oriented and organized

Solid writing skills

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Supports systems deployment processes with user identification, initial set up of user access, profile maintenance and inactivations communicated by end users through Request Center form submissions

Maintains associate agreements submitted through Request Center

Performs associate inactivations/reactivations based on training compliance report results

Removes designated obsolete attachments in the system

Performs break-fix tasks to ensure that opportunities can be finalized

Researches emails returned as undeliverable and inactivate associates as appropriate

Facilitates the movement of system activities by submitting requests through ServiceNow

Contributes to maintaining data quality standards

Creates and maintains generic accounts for properties to track social business

Collaborates with other SGS team members to ensure data is consistent across all systems

Creates and maintains associate access records for sales systems

Creates and maintains position records within sales systems, including organizational hierarchies

Performs user/account data maintenance, merging duplicate account and contact records within sales systems

Supports data management hotlines dedicated in coordination with the management and investigation of system incidents

Other duties as assigned
