We’re looking for an energetic and adaptable individual to join our Office Experience team. As an intern in Office Experience program, you’ll be assigned to at least two different teams within Office Experience and spend 10 weeks developing new skills, working with diverse groups of professionals, and gaining first-hand exposure to the tools, processes, and services we provide to our internal customer. You’ll get to know other interns who share similar goals, attend company-hosted events, meet staff members in other departments, and network with people in your field of interest. Work you’ll do As an Office Experience intern you will participate in planning actives within our Federal and Commercial Real Estate footprints. • Analyze Real Estate trends • Coordinate with Office Experience leadership and business stakeholder to coordinate meetings • Active participant on the PMO team o Change management o Coordinate move activities o Communication to our internal customers o Streamline and implement best practices • Build relationships with our internal and external teams • Identify and deploy the right resources in line with business needs and demand The team Office Experience owns the strategy and execution of a portfolio of services across all US geographies, including Federal and USI, focused on enhancing the customer experience. Our service model is designed to enable productivity and to give customers a sense that they are being taken care of. Office Experience provides Hospitality, Office and Specialty Services to the Firm. Qualifications Required: • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, Project Management or another similar technical discipline • Demonstrated ability to be a team player who works effectively in a cross-functional environment, but also be a self-starter • Excellent proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, and MS Word • Demonstrated strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team in a dynamic work environment • Strong commitment to integrity and confidentiality • Detail-oriented with ability to plan, prioritize, and make decisions on multiple time-sensitive projects • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Preferred • Strong academic track record (preferred minimum 3.2 GPA) How you’ll grow Throughout the internship program, we want to give you a true taste of life at Deloitte.
