Employ your bookkeeping skills for great causes!

The Avalon Consulting Group is seeking an assistant bookkeeper with excellent organizational skills and a high level of discretion to support our accounting department. The job will involve the handling and processing of invoices, cost allocation, expense report management, payroll and general bookkeeping support.

Collaborate with our dynamic teams on accounting support for our work with museums, theaters, and an exciting variety of progressive nonprofits and political campaigns.

What You Will Do
● Client billings
● Cost accounting for client campaigns
● General bookkeeping support
● Other tasks as required.

What We Need

● Strong candidates with 2-5 years of experience
● Excel rock stars
● Off-the-charts detail management
● Ability to follow and create organizational systems
● A high degree of discretion and confidentiality
● QuickBooks experience preferred
