DESCRIPTION
The Account Associate is responsible for administrative and maintenance activities related to client account management, sales and marketing. The Account Associate supports the Senior Manager of Client Accounts.

The Account Associate understands and helps to maintain a positive client experience and overall interaction with the company. This includes interacting with existing customers, as well as potential new customers through the sales process. This role does not require detailed technical knowledge, but it does require a general understanding of how the technology solutions and services offered by Community IT can address the needs of specific nonprofit organizations.

The Account Associate should have a clear understanding of Community IT’s mission and its role in the IT sector, and be able to communicate that to current and perspective clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Coordinate standard client interactions
o Respond to initial sales inquiries and schedule next steps
o Manage and support onboarding process
o Assist with scheduling and logistics of client staffing transitions
o Additional standardized client interactions as needed

· Maintain accurate records
o Review and update contacts and companies in ConnectWise
o Review and maintain proposals and other sales collateral
o Maintain and update client and quotes based on customer feedback
o Collect and manage necessary client documentation
o Manage electronic contracting including follow up and next steps

· Administer client agreements
o Monitor and renew support balances on prepaid agreements
o Manage standard price increases for ongoing support contracts
o Review invoices on a monthly basis

· Assist with marketing activities
o Schedule and maintain monthly webinar series
o Basic updates to the website as needed

Qualifications

- 1 to 3 years of experience in working with non-profit organizations, account management, sales or customer service experience (in IT-related field is a bonus, but not a requirement)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Abilities
- Must be willing and able to learn and quickly adapt to managing numerous small interactions and client engagements
- Strong written, verbal, and inter-personal communication skills

SALARY
Minimum: $36,000.00
Maximum: $42,000.00
Details: Dependent on experience
